All templates on this site are distributed under the following conditions, and by downloading, you agree to them:
- You are allowed to alter the templates in any way
- You can use the templates on a commercial web site or a non-commercial one but need to link back to this site
- You are cannot sell the templates on however, although you can redistribute them as long as this site is credited for producing the original version (i.e. if you intend to allow others to download a template that you have modified, you must mention this as the original source as a link in the footer)
- You agree not to use any template, whether modified or not, on any illegal/warez, adult, gambling, defamatory, threatening, racially offensive, profane or otherwise unacceptable web site

Put simply, you can download and edit any template on the site, and use it on a commercial site, but you cannot sell any template and if you intend to redistribute a template for free, then you must credit Whym Templates for the original work - this can be done by retaining the web site link.
